NIGHTSHIFT immerses viewers in the diverse experiences of workers across the U.S. over the course of a single night, showing what each of them does to keep the 24-hour economy running. Along the way, they reveal their motivations for working the night shift, share how it shapes their own life, and wrestle with social issues that impact us all.
